Refund Policy

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of any payment and you'll get your money back.

Last updated 10 October 2026

1.14-day refunds

If you are not happy with a paid feature, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of being charged. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal, monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.

After 14 days, payments are not normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. We may still refund in exceptional cases, for example a service outage or a billing mistake.

2.How to ask for a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method. You can ask either:

  • by emailing us at [email protected] with the email address on your account; or
  • through Paddle, at paddle.net, using the details on your receipt.

Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

3.What happens after a refund

A refunded subscription is cancelled. A refunded short link stops being paid for, and is held and then released as described in our Terms of Service. Your account and your free handle are not affected.

4.Cancelling instead

If you just want to stop paying, cancel from Settings → Billing. Your paid feature keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5.Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which it does not affect. It is offered by Quexo Limited.
