Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us when you use Linklist. Plain English where we can manage it.

Last updated 10 October 2026

1.Who we are

Linklist (linklist.fyi) is operated by Quexo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16313649), whose registered address is 3rd Floor 86-90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Quexo Limited, and "you" means the person using Linklist.

By creating an account or using Linklist you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2.The service

Linklist lets you publish a single page, at linklist.fyi/your-handle, that links to your websites, social profiles, shops and other content. The core service is free. Optional paid features, currently short links, are described on our pricing page.

3.Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Give us accurate details and keep your email address up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in methods secure. Every account must use two-factor authentication, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person may hold several accounts, but not to hoard handles or get around a suspension.

4.Handles

Your handle is the name in your Linklist address. Handles of 6 or more characters are free. Shorter handles ("short links") are a paid feature.

A handle is licensed to you while you use it, not sold to you. We may reclaim or rename a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or is needed to run the service, and we keep some handles reserved. If we reclaim a paid short link for a reason that isn't your fault, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

5.Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your page. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and adapt it (for example resizing images) only as needed to run Linklist. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for your content and the links you share, and you confirm you have the right to publish them.

6.Acceptable use

You must not use Linklist to:

  • break the law, or link to anything illegal;
  • phish, spread malware, or run scams or deceptive redirects;
  • impersonate a person, brand or organisation;
  • harass, threaten or promote hatred against anyone;
  • share sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • send spam, scrape the service, or interfere with its security or performance.

We may remove content or links, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules. To report a page, email [email protected].

8.Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile; cancel any subscription first. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we close the service entirely we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid time.

9.Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Linklist available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites you or others link to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for business losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Linklist changes. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also bring proceedings where you live and keep the protection of your local consumer law.
